What is the difference between Management Committee, Steering Committee and Network Teams?

  • Management Committee involves the strategic planning process and oversight of the organizational operations, establishing priorites and putting a focus on “what’s next.”
  • Steering Committee is made up of visionary volunteers from a cross –section of our community who work direct their efforts toward addressing the many aspects of the established priorities.
  • Network teams are made of steering committee members who focus on one of these five priorities: transportation, entertainment, community pride and services, dynamic core, and parks and rec.
